I. ABOUT N1-S
The N1-S is the first high-performance e-motorcycle in Vietnam, developed by NUEN MOTO. Designed to set its own standards in designing electrical two-wheeler , the N1-S offers a perfect blend of functionality, aesthetics, and technology. Drawing inspiration from the unique style of Retro-futurism, combined with the meticulousness of Minimalism and the modularity of Brutalism architecture, the N1-S stands out with its sleek, sharp design and precision in every mechanical detail. Featuring a modern and robust Urban Scrambler style, the N1-S caters to diverse usage needs across various urban road conditions in Vietnam. The N1-S officially launched in September 2024 with two versions.

IV. TIMELINE & HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. TIMELINE
The submission period is from 8:00 PM on November 15, 2024, to 11:59 PM on December 30, 2024. The final results will be announced on NUEN MOTO's Facebook Fanpage and Instagram after the competition ends.
Note: Submissions received after 11:59 PM on December 30, 2024, will be considered invalid
V. RULES & REGULATION
- Submissions can be made individually or as a group.
- Submissions must adhere to Vietnamese cultural norms and current laws.
- Submissions must align with the competition's theme, follow all required steps, and be submitted within the specified timeframe.
- Submissions must not replicate any previously published works and must not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Submissions must not have been used for commercial purposes or any prior competitions or exhibitions.
- Submissions must not involve the use of any artificial intelligence tools to create the work.
VI. PRIZES STRUCTURE
TOTAL PRIZE VALUE UP TO 320,000,000 VND
Final Prizes: 5 Prizes, including:
- VISIONARY Prize: 1 N1-S Signature motorcycle worth 180,000,000 VND
- INNOVATOR Prize: 1 Voucher for a 30% discount on the N1-S Signature motorcycle worth 50,000,000 VND
- CREATOR Prize: 1 Accessories Voucher worth 20,000,000 VND

Weekly Prizes: 8 Prizes
Each week, there will be 2 prizes:
- 1 Impressive Prize chosen by the judges

Notes:
- Prizes cannot be converted into cash upon receipt.
- Winners may not transfer their prize claim to others.
- The organizing committee (OC) will review weekly entries and announce weekly prizes at the start of the following week.
- There is no limit to the number of entries submitted by participants. However:
- Participants are encouraged to document moments during the creation of their entry, including materials, images, and videos.
VII. JUDGING CRITERIA

Each week, there will be 2 prizes: 1 Impressive Prize chosen by the judging panel and 1 Favorite Prize awarded based on the highest interactions.
- Impressive Prize of the Week:
Awarded to entries that meet the general requirements of the competition and are selected by the Judging Panel based on the following criteria: - Favorite Prize of the Week:

Entries must not use any form of interaction fraud. Participants are also prohibited from using fraudulent tools to negatively affect other entries.

IX. RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Rights and Responsibilities of Participants
By participating in the competition, participants agree to and abide by the rules outlined in this document. Any participant who violates the competition's rules and regulations will be disqualified and may be barred from participating in future competitions organized by NUEN MOTO, depending on the severity of the violation. Prize winners may also have their awards revoked at the discretion of the Organizing Committee (OC).
Participants must ensure the authenticity of their information. If false information is provided to the OC, the participant will be disqualified from the competition, have their prize revoked at any stage (including post-award), and bear full legal responsibility.
Participants are responsible for their entries and must ensure that their works respect copyrights and other related legal rights. Entries must not infringe on any copyrights or rights of individuals or organizations. Submissions must be original, belong to the participant, and must not have been previously submitted to or displayed in any competition, including those organized by NUEN MOTO or any external entities. Entries that have been used for commercial purposes are also not accepted.
By entering the competition, participants agree to transfer full copyright and related rights of their works to the OC and NUEN MOTO LLC. This includes:
- The right to publish the work or allow others to publish it.
- Property rights to the work, including the right to use, copy, modify, adapt, and transform the work, or communicate it for media, promotional, and commercial purposes across NUEN MOTO-related channels.
- Other rights as stipulated by law.
By participating, participants waive all rights to review or approve the OC’s use of their work. Participants must provide original entry files if requested by the OC.
Participants bear full responsibility and must ensure that the OC and NUEN MOTO LLC are not harmed due to any claims, accusations, demands, actions, or complaints arising from violations of the commitments and guarantees in these rules. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of copyright infringement or related rights violations.
Within 7 working days of announcing the winner list on social media (Facebook and Instagram), the OC will contact the winners. Winners must confirm and provide additional information (if needed). If the OC cannot contact a winner or additional information is provided after the deadline, the prize will be forfeited.
2. Rights and Responsibilities of the Organizing Committee (OC)
- The OC reserves the right to disqualify any entry without prior notice if the participant engages in actions that affect the fairness of the competition or violate the rules set by the OC.
- The OC has the full authority to remove entries containing sensitive content that violates Vietnamese cultural norms, laws, or regulations related to politics.
- The OC has the right to use participants' personal information and use, copy, modify, adapt, and transform the entries, or communicate them for media, promotional, and commercial purposes across NUEN MOTO-related channels.
- The OC reserves the right to review and verify competition results if there is suspicion of rule violations.
- The OC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the rules will be officially announced on NUEN MOTO's website or social media (Facebook and Instagram).
- In case of force majeure events (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters, floods, lightning strikes, server attacks causing data loss), the OC reserves the right to change or cancel the competition and will notify participants as soon as possible.
In all cases, the OC's decision is final. All participants (or those involved) must comply with the OC's final decision.
Complaints related to the competition results will be reviewed by the OC, whose final decision is binding. For inquiries, participants can contact the OC via the NUEN MOTO Fanpage.
