READY TO RIDE – THE THRILL BEGINS!
Since its official debut in mid-September 2024, followed by a series of events like Vietnam Motor Show and the Hanoi Pop-up, NUEN MOTO and its firstborn, the N1-S electric motorcycle, have been catching the attention of customers and the community alike.
But it wasn’t until March 23, 2025, at the Ready to Ride event, that our pre-order customers and the broader community got to experience the raw performance and riding sensation of the N1-S for the first time.
So, how does the N1-S actually perform? Is all the marketing just… well, marketing? Do clutch levers, gear shifts, roaring engines, and exhaust pipes really define what an exciting ride is? Is the claim that “Motorcycles must have a loud exhaust” actually true? And why on earth would a young startup dare to enter such a niche, demanding market?
“NEARLY PERFECT, BUT STILL TWEAKING”
Test ride events are a common and effective sales strategy. But the main reason NUEN MOTO limited real-world test rides before March 2025 was simple: we weren’t going to let anyone experience the N1-S until we were 100% satisfied with its refinement. Good wasn’t good enough.
Since the first prototype was completed, our team has been obsessively testing, tweaking, and fine-tuning. Picture this: crack-of-dawn trips to the Đại Nam racetrack, endless laps in every possible weather condition, and an R&D lab cluttered with a spaghetti mess of wires. It was a relentless grind, powered by our passionate engineers and invaluable input from partners and early supporters.
The result? After six months of sweat and sleepless nights, we proudly unveiled the Pre-Production N1-S—optimized in performance, features, and design. By this point, no one was more impatient than us to finally let our customers get their hands on our “baby.”
“DIDN’T EXPECT IT TO DO THAT!”
That was the reaction when Cương “Cào Cào”, a pro racer and stunt rider, put the N1-S through its paces at Srider’s motorcycle training grounds in preparation for the test ride event.
While the N1-S had undergone extensive testing, it was mostly in real-world conditions with everyday riders—acceleration, braking, cornering, all in a controlled manner. So, seeing an electric bike with no clutch or gearseffortlessly pull wheelies, burnouts, and drifts was a jaw-dropping moment… even for our own team, who live and breathe this machine every day.
After a solid warm-up and performance checks, we set up a thoughtfully designed test route to let riders experience the full spectrum of the N1-S’s capabilities. Meanwhile, our team ensured a safe, thrilling, and truly memorable event.
TALK IS CHEAP – JUST TWIST THE THROTTLE
"Smooth, Stable, Powerful" – these were the three most common words used to describe the N1-S throughout the test ride.
The bike’s instant acceleration—a natural strength of electric motors—was especially noticeable. With three riding modes (Eco, Sport, and Race), each delivering a distinct feel, riders could truly appreciate the versatility of the N1-S. The suspension and braking system? Spot on. And thanks to well-balanced weight distribution and a carefully tuned center of gravity, cornering felt effortless. Everything just felt seamless—a sentiment echoed by countless riders.
But the biggest surprise? The reaction from seasoned big-bike enthusiasts. Initially, we thought this would be the hardest crowd to win over, given their deep-rooted habits and love for traditional motorcycles. No clutch? No roaring exhaust? Surely, that would be a dealbreaker, right?
Turns out, nope. The sheer riding experience of the N1-S won them over instantly.

The event exceeded all expectations—not just in terms of excitement and positive feedback, but also thanks to the invaluable insights we gathered from riders who will actually be living with this bike every day.
